Go to the beach and fall asleep face first without putting a single drop of sunscreen of course&#8230; Result a severely burned back and side, not smart. Always, always wear sunscreen especially if exposing your skin to direct sunshine for the first time after working none stop in a darkened room for months. It&#8217;s a rather painful experience but one I thought i&#8217;d share with you none the less.</p>
